Your Role

The IT Security & Compliance department is responsible for Saab's central IT security services and IT-related regulations. We support the business with central security services such as vulnerability scanning, monitoring, environmental surveillance, and incident management. We are working intensively to expand our service offerings and now need to strengthen our team with expertise related to all our areas.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, curiosity and a willingness to learn are required, along with an interest in information and IT security. As an IT security specialist, you will work independently in the field, but your internal and external contacts require you to be a person with good communication and collaboration skills. We prefer that you have a few years of practical work experience in the IT security field. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Examples of specializations we are currently looking for include; IT security in Cloud, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Incident Management, and Vulnerability Management.

Desired/Possible Experiences to Thrive with Us:

• Experience with security standards such as NIST/CMMC, ISO 27001, etc.
• Experience with security work in cloud environments.
• Understanding of architecture and interest in IT infrastructure.
• Experience using tools for vulnerability scanning and risk assessment.
• Experience in incident investigations and forensics.
• Ability to analyze security logs and reports.
• Experience in analyzing and identifying threats and trends in cybersecurity that can be translated into actions.
• Ability to report and communicate security risks effectively, at both technical and high levels.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
